Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts. pkzz reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit balances, and permanently ban the associated individuals.
2.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have registered for self-exclusion on pkzz are not eligible to create a new account or access the platform in any capacity for the duration of their exclusion period.
3.1 To access the full functionality of pkzz, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
3.2 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, pkzz requires you to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where requested, proof of address. pkzz may request additional documentation at any time to maintain compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkzz login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkzz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 pkzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided during registration or KYC verification.
3.5 You must notify pkzz immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or is subject to any suspicious activity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkzz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20. All player balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. pkzz reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds upon reasonable notice.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal request is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your pkzz balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are credited within 1–3 hours during standard banking hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 2–12 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. USDT TRC20 transactions are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
4.5 pkzz Withdrawal Fees. pkzz does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or network may impose their own transaction charges, for which pkzz accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the same name as the registered pkzz player. This is a fraud-prevention requirement and is strictly enforced.
4.7 pkzz reserves the right to request additional verification, withhold withdrawal processing, or reverse a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.1 pkzz may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, or loyalty programme benefits to registered players. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are distinct from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds will be wagered first unless you elect otherwise within the platform settings.
5.4 pkzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that abuse, fraud, or multi-accounting is occurring in connection with that offer.

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on pkzz are final once confirmed. pkzz does not cancel confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred, as determined solely by pkzz.
6.2 pkzz reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, corrupt activity, insider knowledge, or any other form of cheating or fraud.
6.3 Sports Betting. Cricket markets on pkzz cover PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test matches, as well as other sports including football, kabaddi, UFC, and boxing. Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time in response to real-time events.
6.4 Casino & Game Fairness. All casino games hosted on pkzz use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming. pkzz does not manipulate game outcomes.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, loss of data, or platform unavailability.
10.2 pkzz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pkzz will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
10.3 The pkzz platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
11.1 pkzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false information, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where pkzz is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
11.2 Upon termination of a player account, any verified real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 A player may request closure of their own pkzz account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be processed immediately.
